Do not use this service where prohibited. Age certification is self-reported and is not independent identity or age verification.
2. Entertainment, not advice or verification
The questionnaire, activity descriptions, Kinky Score, badges, and club distinctions are for entertainment and personal reflection only. They are not scientific, medical, psychological, legal, relationship, or safety advice; a real credit score; or proof of honesty, identity, experience, competence, or compatibility. The score reflects an editorial scoring model, not an objective ranking of people. Scoring rules may change. References to activities are not instructions, recommendations, or endorsements.
3. Your choices and personal responsibility
You choose whether to use the platform and are responsible for your own decisions and conduct. No answer, score, badge, or membership is consent to any real-world activity or permission to pressure another person. Any interaction must independently satisfy applicable law and the specific, informed, voluntary, ongoing consent of all adults involved. You may decline any question or leave the platform. Do not use a score to assess whether an activity is suitable for you or another person.
4. Permitted use
Submit only your own choices. Do not submit information about minors, identifying details about other people, unlawful material, threats, or private contact details in custom entries. Do not impersonate others, claim another person's external profile, obtain unauthorized access to private records, interfere with the service, or submit abusive automated traffic.
5. Privacy and separate consent
Our Privacy Notice explains storage, administrator review, and deletion. Agreement to these terms does not replace explicit consent to process sensitive questionnaire answers or the separate consent for optional profile information. Your private deletion link authorizes record management; keep it confidential and never share it as a public score link.
6. Availability and limitations of responsibility
The platform is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free results, or suitability for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, My Kinky Score .com and its operator disclaim warranties of accuracy or fitness of entertainment results and responsibility for losses caused by users independently acting on, interpreting, or sharing those results. These provisions do not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited, or any other liability or mandatory privacy or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing here makes the platform immune from all legal responsibility.
7. Content and other services
Rights in original site software, branding, and content remain with their applicable owners. You retain rights in your original write-ins; permission to process them is limited to the disclosed, consented purposes. Public sharing of your own badge is optional. External services have their own terms and privacy practices; no affiliation with FetLife or another quiz provider is implied.
8. Changes and contact
